- Can be frozen. Do not heat from frozen
- To cook - Broil (grill), turning regularly until skin is browned and cooked through. Oven cook at 375° for 20-30 mins until browned and fully cooked. Pan fry low-medium with a little oil, turning regularly until golden brown and cooked through*
*be careful not to pan-fry too high as sausages will burst open. Hot oil is dangerous.
