At Myers of Keswick, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our products. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us so we can help resolve it.
This policy applies to purchases made through our website for Store Pickup, Local Delivery, and Nationwide Shipping.
1. Returns of Non-Perishable Products
We offer a 14-calendar-day return policy for eligible non-perishable products.
You have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return.
To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the product must:
-
Be unopened and unused.
-
Be in its original packaging and condition.
-
Have a receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase.
-
Not be listed as a non-returnable product below.
To request a return, email info@myersofkeswick.com with your order number and the product you wish to return.
Please wait for return authorization before sending any products back.
Approved returns should be sent to:
Myers of Keswick
634 Hudson Street
New York, NY 10014
You may also ask us about returning an eligible product directly to our store.
Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Products
For food safety and quality reasons, we do not accept change-of-mind returns of fresh or perishable products.
These include, but are not limited to:
-
Fresh pies and pastries
-
Sausages and bacon
-
Black and white pudding
-
Refrigerated or temperature-sensitive foods
-
Other fresh or perishable products
We also do not accept ordinary change-of-mind returns of:
-
Custom or personalized products
-
Specially prepared or made-to-order products
-
Gift cards
-
Final-sale or clearance products clearly identified as non-returnable before purchase
These exclusions do not apply where a product is defective, damaged, spoiled on arrival, incorrect, or where a return or other remedy is required by law.
3. Order Cancellations & Changes
Some Myers of Keswick products require 24 or 48 hours of advance preparation.
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@myersofkeswick.com or 212-691-4194.
Products Requiring 24 Hours of Preparation
Cancellation requests should be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup, local delivery, or shipping date.
Products Requiring 48 Hours of Preparation
Cancellation requests should be received at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup, local delivery, or shipping date.
Orders Containing Multiple Products
Where an order contains products with different preparation requirements, the longest applicable preparation requirement governs the order.
Once preparation has begun, cancellation or changes may not be possible.
Requests received after the applicable cancellation deadline will be reviewed individually. Refunds may not be available for products already prepared specifically for the order.
These conditions do not affect cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law, including rights arising from shipment delays or our inability to fulfill an order.
4. Damaged, Spoiled, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order when you receive it.
If a product arrives damaged, spoiled, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of receipt.
Email info@myersofkeswick.com and include:
-
Your order number
-
A description of the problem
-
Photographs of the product and packaging, if available
If a perishable product arrives in a condition that raises food safety concerns, do not consume it.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund or replacement.
The requested 24-hour reporting period does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
5. Missing or Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not arrived, or a delivery problem has affected the condition of your products, please contact us promptly.
We will review the circumstances, including available carrier or delivery tracking information.
If we cannot ship an order within the promised timeframe, we will provide the cancellation, consent-to-delay, and refund options required by applicable law.
For details about our shipping methods, preparation times, and delivery schedules, please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
6. Return Shipping Costs
For ordinary change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless Myers of Keswick agrees otherwise.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning eligible products.
If we have sent an incorrect or defective product, we will arrange an appropriate resolution without requiring the customer to pay additional return shipping costs.
Original shipping or local delivery charges are generally non-refundable for ordinary change-of-mind returns, except where required by law.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer automatic exchanges through our online store.
If you would like a different eligible non-perishable product, please contact us about returning the original item and placing a new order.
For incorrect, damaged, or defective products, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate resolution.
8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Refunds required under applicable consumer protection laws, including certain cancellations of unshipped orders, will be processed within the legally required timeframe.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your ordinary return refund was approved, please contact us.
