Leaner sausage meat than our Banger or Chipolata sausages.
Fun Fact: Cumberland sausage originated in the historic county of Cumberland in northwest England and is one of Britain’s oldest traditional sausage recipes.
Serving Instructions
- Heat thoroughly before serving
- Pan fry, grill, or bake at 375°F for 20–30 minutes
- Turn occasionally while cooking
- Suitable for freezing
- Defrost thoroughly before cooking
- Do not cook from frozen
For best results, cook over low to medium heat until browned and fully cooked through.
