Ground pork seasoned with our secret imported British seasoning. Similar to our Bangers. Slightly saltier.
All natural casings
- can be frozen. Do not cook from frozen. Defrost thoroughly before heating.
- To cook - Broil (grill), turning regularly until skin is browned and cooked through. Oven cook at 375° for 20-30 mins until browned and fully cooked. Pan fry low/med with a little oil, turning regularly until golden brown and cooked through*
*be careful not to pan-fry too high as sausages can burst open. Hot oil is dangerous.
