A ‘TRUE’ Shepherd’s Pie made with ground lamb, beans, mushrooms, carrots, onions & tomatoes, topped w truffle oil infused mash

Serving up to 4 people with generous portions.
This pie comes in a foil tin (8" × 8").
Can be frozen. Do not heat from frozen.

Reheating instructions:
Bring pies to room temperature.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place pie on a baking tray and heat for 15–25 minutes, or until the center reaches 160°F.

Cover pies with foil for the first 10 minutes, then remove foil for the final 10 minutes to finish heating.
